Brownes hopes the advertising campaign will get more Western Australians buying locally produced products.

The campaign will focus on products, such as cheese and yoghurt, because they require more milk for production.

WAFarmers dairy section president Phil Depiazzi said if consumers wish to support farmers and ensure the availability of fresh locally produced milk now and in the future then they should buy locally produced branded product.

Brownes currently process 145 million litres of milk per year, it hopes to increase this by at least another five to ten million litres of milk to be consumed as yoghurt.
