FMD Vaccination Starts for Second Time
PARAGUAY - The National Service for Animal Health and Quality (SENACSA) has provided Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccinations in the San Pedro region.

The vaccinations come as additional precautions from the Official Veterinary Service after weather caused a halt to scheduled activities in 2012. The towns of Cow Hu, Marengo and Cologne will be visited by livestock health teams.
The programme is schedules to last 15 days and started on January 2 2013.
