Ceva Invests to Help Control Zoonoses in China
CHINA - Ceva signed a protocol with partners Jinyu Baoling which will lead to the creation of a joint-venture to produce international standard brucellosis vaccines.

The investment underlines the commitment of the company to both enlarge its footprint in China and to continue to fulfil its mission pledge to help better control global zoonoses.
Inner Mongolia is China's most important dairy producing region. It is also the most important small ruminant population for the production of meat. The last few years have seen an increase in the number of human cases, making brucellosis a significant health problem.
The new company will work with local authorities to ensure that the region’s livestock owners have ready access to the best possible vaccines and that these are then administered in the most effective way.
