Ministry Courses to Kick Off Milk Quality Drive
BRAZIL – Efforts to improve national milk quality will include government led training sessions, starting in Rio Grande do Sul.

A milk safety training course will be on held on 8 September in a number of major towns across the state, reaching a total of 1,500 milk handlers.
Nine month pilot sessions will also work with 15 producers to improve onfarm milk quality, dissemination and good practice.
