Consultant and veterinarian Nico Vreeburg will deliver a talk on "Cow Signals"

Delegates in Tyumen will hear about the latest scientific developments on maintaining cow health and tackling lameness, mastitis and fertility issues, all with an end goal to improve profitability.

A broad theme of the event, is “productive longevity of cows”, following the theme of a series of conferences, with the warning that, if welfare is not optimised, even the most modern dairy operation loses effectiveness.

  • Conference dates: March 25,26,27
  • Location: West Siberian Innovation Center, the Tyumen, ul. Republic 142
  • A complete programme of the event can be found here

AgriTimes said: "Our common problem - a forced early culling of cows even in the modern enterprise. Every year, new scientific developments take place which extend productive longevity of cows.

"From this, we take care of animals, economic results of industrial milk production depend on the this".
