Milk going into Fairebel cheese must be organic, free of genetically modified organisms and from cows fed regionally produced feed.

The decision to prioritize the highest quality dairy products as a business strategy meets the cooperative needs to survive and compete under constantly changing industry economics.

There are two types of cheese under the Fairebel brand: soft cheese in 200g pack and a hard cheese in cubes (150g).

Retailers are currently stocking the new cheese lines, which follow the Fairebel range of milk products.
