Farm Health Planning at the Dairy Event 2007

UK - Farm Health Planning, a major new exhibition specifically designed to encourage farmers to introduce proactive measures to help manage herd disease and improve their livestock’s overall performance will feature at Dairy Event 2007.

Organised by the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers, Dairy Event 2007 will be held at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 September.

The exhibition which supports Farm Health Planning, the industry led initiative funded by Defra, will occupy a dedicated area and take in six subject areas: lameness, fertility, mastitis, young stock management, buying in stock and the costs of disease. A series of related presentations and practical demonstrations will be staged throughout the two day period, including hoof trimming, udder health and cow condition.
