French food group Danone targets 3-5% annual sales growth over the next four years as it starts the new leg of its revival plan and further expands into health and medical nutrition, reported Reuters

The maker of Activia yoghurt, Evian water and Aptamil baby food, said that for the 2025-2028 period, it targeted a like-for-like net sales growth rate between 3% and 5% with a recurring operating income growing faster than net sales.

This should allow the group to deliver a double-digit Return On Invested Capital (ROIC) as it is working towards a long-term aim of reaching 3 billion euros in free cash after 2.6 billion euros last year, Danone said ahead of its investor day.
